OPTIMIZATION
In 2014, Rohto worked and discussed with Tin Dan to learn more about the machines in its production activities. During the next 3 years, the two sides continuously discussed and then in 2017, with the development of Rohto, product demand The number of products that need to be labeled and sealed at the corner of the box is also increasing, so Rohto decided to look for supporting machinery to optimize production. With Rohto’s trust and more than 10 years of experience in the industrial machinery and equipment industry, Tin Dan is pleased to provide semi-automatic label separating machines and desktop box corner decal sealing machines for Rohto.
PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PROCESS TO COMPLETION
From the first days of accepting the semi-automatic label separator, Tin Dan has worked with Rohto to Run and accept all existing Rohto products, and check the machine 3 times to meet customer needs. Unlike the original solution for the semi-automatic box sealing labeling machine, in reality, when conducting acceptance, Rohto’s box sizes were very diverse and outside the machine’s standards.
However, that does not stop Tin Dan from faltering, from the information collected, Tin Dan The same factory spent 1 month to develop a suitable machine for Rohto – something that very few suppliers can do. Not only that, the machine operators at the Rohto factory are almost all female, so initially they needed a lot of support in the first week, then everything gradually stabilized. Since then, Tin Dan technology has almost no need for support anymore, only when it comes to maintenance, it will go down to the factory for maintenance.
After applying the machines provided by Tin Dan, Rohto has improved productivity, shortened production time, while significantly reducing the number of workers. Through many years of use, the durability and quality of Tin Dan machines have been proven, making Rohto technicians more confident and secure every time they use Tin Dan machines. This is also what Tin Dan wants to bring to customers machines with stable quality, high durability, ease of operation, and low maintenance costs.
