Principle of weight filling or volume filling
The electronic scale is made from a force sensor controlled by a control circuit, the circuit will respond to the weight of each filling cycle, in the next filling cycle 1 The program calculates so that the filling machine reaches the correct pre-set volume. In simple terms, when the volume threshold is nearly reached, the liquid is automatically adjusted so as not to exceed the volume or be too low compared to the allowed volume. When an empty bottle or carton is transferred onto the conveyor belt, the first step is for the machine to measure the weight of the empty bottle, also known as the tare weight. If the tare is outside the tolerance, a signal is sent to the filling station to not fill this bottle and thus reject it.
Once the tare is recorded and accepted by the filler, the injector is then activated to fill the bottle with product. The bottle is filled with a laminar flow, ensuring a continuous and low-turbulence flow during the filling process, helping to avoid or reduce foaming due to the product's characteristics. By continuously monitoring the filling process based on the filling chart, this is also the stage where the machine can detect whether the product is leaking out of the bottle (due to leaking bottle or due to bottle positioning). incorrectly). The machine will record the weight and calculate some data such as the tolerance of the final weight and the standard deviation.
