The automatic top labelling machine TDN-TLM is designed to label decals on various flat-shaped products such as plastic boxes, food boxes, various types of bags, cards, lids, etc. As long as the surface is flat, the machine can apply labels. The flexible label stroking mechanism can handle difficult-to-label surfaces and requires high precision. The automatic top labelling machine has 2 options:
- TDN-TLM130 – suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises.
- TDN-HLST1000 – suitable for medium to large enterprises requiring higher productivity and speed.

As long as the product can move relatively steadily on the conveyor belt, the TDN-TLM130 faces virtually no challenges in labelling. Regardless of rough, non-flat, or recessed product surfaces, the machine maintains output speed in all cases. Additionally, if a label surface machine with higher speed, up to 200 products/minute, is required, the TDN-HLST1000 will meet your factory’s needs.

Using the Herma label applicator head is the next breakthrough improvement. The Herma 500 labelling technology delivers extreme certainty and accuracy even at high speeds. There are no longer collisions due to friction from mechanical parts on the machine, no longer noise from the motor; all unintended movements are completely eliminated. During operation, only the sound of the electrical circuit remains.
