OPTIMIZATION OF MACHINERY
Due to the high demand, the products need to have stable quality, so Merap has imported 4 more powder vaccine filling lines provided by Tin Dan. It not only improves productivity but also shortens production time and reduces labor significantly (because the line is fully automatic).
Powder vaccine filling line is exclusively imported by Tin Dan from Maharshi factory. The line has a design orientation with standards of durability, accuracy, saving raw materials and space, and the line also meets GMP cGMP standards. Operation is fully automatic via PLC and HMI.
