Structures
It has a product hopper, opening and closing valve, piston and filling nozzle designed in two layers: the first layer contains the product, and the second layer contains the circulating solvent.
At the hopper containing semi-finished materials, a resistor is attached to warm the solvent to conduct the heating process for semi-finished materials. The solvent heating resistor is controlled by a temperature controller with a precise control algorithm that helps the process of warming the material to the required temperature but has no effect on the product such as: loss of product flavor or adverse effect on preservatives.
